Good quality, delivery delays

I ordered a stainless steel prep table and an upright fridge for my new cafe. The equipment itself is robust and seems like good quality for the price. The prep table was easy to assemble, and the fridge is working perfectly. My main issue was with the delivery; it took 4 days longer than the estimated time, which caused a slight headache with my kitchen setup schedule. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it was still a bit frustrating. Overall, good products, just wish shipping was a bit more consistent.

Detailed review of my prep table

I bought a stainless steel prep table from Adexa last month. The ordering process was smooth, and the website provided clear product dimensions. It took 6 days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated delivery window. The table was well-packaged with protective film, so no scratches or dents. Assembly was straightforward, requiring only a few tools to attach the legs and undershelf; instructions were clear. The quality of the stainless steel is good, very sturdy for heavy kitchen use. It's easy to wipe down. I did notice one of the leveling feet was slightly stiff to adjust, but it eventually worked. Overall, it's a solid piece of equipment that will serve its purpose well in my kitchen.

Super happy with my mixer!

Got a planetary mixer from Adexa and it's awesome! It came pretty fast, like in 3 days. It works really well, made bread dough in no time. I was a bit worried about ordering big stuff online but this was smooth. Definitely recommend them if you need kitchen gear.

Pizza oven is fantastic

I just got my new pizza oven from Adexa, and it's incredible! It heats up so fast, and the pizzas come out perfectly crispy every single time. I've been wanting one of these for ages, and this one totally exceeded my expectations. I already told my brother about it. Will definitely be shopping here again for more kitchen gear!

Amazing equipment, will buy again!

Just received my new commercial oven and it's fantastic! The quality is top-notch, exactly what I needed for my bakery. It heats up so quickly and bakes evenly. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was a breeze. I'm so impressed with Adexa; I'll absolutely be coming back for more equipment soon. You guys are doing great!

Reliable as always

This is my third purchase from Adexa, and they've been consistently good. This time I got a deep fat fryer, and it arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, just like my previous orders for the chest freezer and coffee machine. Their delivery is always on time, and the product quality holds up to commercial use. It's why I keep coming back; I know I can rely on them for my business needs.

Good quality microwave

I ordered a commercial microwave for my small cafe. It arrived within a week, which was decent. The microwave itself seems sturdy and works well; it heats food up fast and evenly. No complaints there. The website was easy enough to use when I placed the order. The packaging was a bit much though, took me a while to unbox it all.

Solid deep fat fryer

I needed a new deep fat fryer for my restaurant. Adexa had a good selection. I picked one, and it arrived in about five days. The fryer works well, heats oil quickly, and is easy to clean, which is a big plus. My only minor issue was that the online chat support took a while to respond when I had a question about installation. Otherwise, a good purchase and fair value for the quality.
